Contents: The City of Orange, in the County of Orange, California began its library services on June 15, 1885 with an initial donation of 347 books. This Finding List, which was analogous to a card catalog in book form, was produced in 1895, ten years after library services began. To commemorate the centennial of the library services this reproduction was published in a limited edition of 1,000 copies and lists the books the library had in its collection in 1895. Also contains all of the original advertisements in the back of the book.
