INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
1) CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. Please help us and our shipping company by taking extra care when entering address details.
You'll be responsible for the payment of any local import duties for orders shipped to your country.
2) WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?
Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed which can take 2-3 days. Please take order processing time into consideration before placing your order.
3) WHERE IS MY ITEM SHIPPED FROM? HOW DO YOU SHIP?
It is shipped from our Hong Kong factory. We ship by REGISTERED AIRMAIL WITH TRACKING NUMBER.
4) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
It will take 14-25 working days to arrive. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Postal delivery is beyond our control. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.
5) CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately No. Since this is a customized item, it is only manufactured on the day when you place an order. As such, Items are Non-Returnable under any circumstances.
6) WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We will replace it once you have emailed us the photos of the item being damaged or faulty.
7) HOW EARLY SHOULD I ORDER IF I WANT TO BUY FOR FESTIVE HOLIDAYS OR BIRTHDAY GIFTS?
For Christmas season, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas, if order is made after NOVEMBER 15TH. For all occasions, it is best to order one month in advance.
For Chinese New Year, please email before purchasing for the month of February as WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS, EITHER THE FIRST 2 WEEKS OR THE LAST 2 WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE CALENDAR

I personally handle all issues promptly and generally to the satisfaction of the buyer. I go above and beyond resolving issues in many cases. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ASKING WHEN THE ITEM WILL ARRIVE. The seller should get at least a fair chance to learn about the buyer having a problem with the item received. No neg / neutral feedback should be allowed to be left without at least one time notifying the seller through EMAIL about the issue, so the seller can remedy the problem.
