Hand Painted China Cup and Saucer Pink Roses Germany 1907
Lovely cup and saucer with an array of pink roses, green leaves profusely placed over the cup and saucer. Very elaborate handle in the shape of a heart.
The cup and saucer are marked Bavaria Made in Germany and also printed is the name of F. Goembel 1907 and the same name on the saucer but the date is 1908. It appears to me that this is china painting done by F. Goembel on a china blank make in Germany. Or F. Goembel painted the cup and saucer in Germany directly for the company.
There is very pretty gold gilt trim on the handle of the cup and along the bottom of the cup and along the edge of the saucer.
