CONDITION: Based on the 1941 issue date of the patent, punch is believed to be c. 1940s. It is used and still works great. Cleanly cuts crisp holes. Red paint on metal base and punching mechanism is scratched off about 20%. There are some surface rust spots generally dispersed on the item, having no effect on function.
