This beautiful vintage brooch is made out of three oval-shaped carnelian surrounded by a nicely chiseled 18K solid gold*. This is a fine jewelry piece which is not gold plated nor filled.
The three chalcedony stones are natural and flawless. The pin presents itself as a three oval-shaped gems, each surrounded by their solid gold frame and linked together to form a tripartite unit.
The pin is quite substantial with its 2.3 inch length and its 9.3 grams. It is a gorgeous fine antique jewelry piece to wear on your best outfit or on a casual dress.
The pin is stamped with the owl and the number 750 as a guarantee of its solid 18-carat gold content.
We have dated this pin to the 1890s, during the Victorian period.
