This tom cat is one long drink of water. It is 12 inches tall and 1.5 inches across. The cat has been cast in a mold and is made of solid ceramic or plaster, then hand painted and slathered with a white plaster substance.
The cat is dressed in brown trowsers, blue tail coat and red bow tie and is gripping something tan in his paw. Could be his gloves or a hat. He is barefoot and standing on a grassy knoll.
Condition is great. It looks great standing at the edge of a window sill. This is a fairly heavy piece and from the remains of the price tag that was on it when I got it, quite old...perhaps into the 1950s.
