Here is an interesting piece of music memorabilia – a PHOTOCOPY of a Canadian Manpower and Immigration customs manifest for Paul McCartney and Wings on a visit to Vancouver, British Columbia in 1976 during their Wings Over the World Tour. The manifest itinerary states that the band arrived in Vancouver on Saturday, April 24th via Innotech Air; that they stayed at the Bayshore Inn; and that they departed on Monday, April 26th. The 2-page manifest lists 32 people including Paul, Linda, Heather, Mary and Stella McCartney (at age 4), Joe English and Jimmy McCulloch. The manifest lists each person’s name, home address, birth date and citizenship. There are 2 pages photocopied onto 8 1/2" x 14" medium bond paper and neatly folded in the middle. NOTE: THIS IS A PHOTOCOPY AND NOT AN ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. Nevertheless, it’s an important piece of music history and should be in your collection. The photo has been blurred on purpose for obvious reasons.
