Offered is the large Beswick "Cast Iron Monarch" Royal Doulton porcelain figurine of an Airedale Terrier. This model was designed by the famous Arthur Greddington. It is the image of an actual Breed champion Terrier. It was first made in 1941, but has been long retired. It is 5 1/2 inches tall by 6 1/2 inches long, from the back of the leg, to the nose. The glaze is still glossy. In very good condition. It does not have any cracks or crazing.
