An Exquisite Antique Old Euro Cut Diamond Wedding Ring in Platinum and Yellow Gold, Victorian Edwardian Period, circa late 1800's to early 1900's. This exceptional antique ring dates to the late Victorian to Edwardian period and holds a collection of fine white, old Euro cut diamonds. The diamonds are estimated at over a carat total in diamond weight (approx. 1.10ctw). Old Euro cut diamonds are deeply faceted and were designed to sparkle under dim candlelight, thus have incredible sparkle and life in the stones. The center stone measures about 4.2mm and is an old European cut. The surounding stones are a mix of euro and transition cuts. The setting is composed of platinum topped yellow gold, representing the fine workmanship of the Era. Overall the ring measures about 7/16 inch long by about 5/8 inch wide from side to side. Ring Size: about 4 (could be resized by your jeweler or ask me about using mine before shipping). This ring was acquired through a fine estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition.
